Lamb Taster Box
This box include 7-10lbs of lamb cuts including: ground, shank, leg of lamb, shoulder chops and loin chops.
Our lamb is 100% grass fed and finished, never grain fed, and is on pasture 365 days of the year. They even give birth and wean naturally on pasture each spring.
Our Katahdin sheep are raised in a regenerative manner and are rotationally grazed on pasture. They are fed nothing but grass and chemical free hay (only in the winter), given absolutely no grain, hormones, chemicals, or antibiotics, and live like sheep should live! They are rotated every 4 days in electric netting, allowing them access to a fresh salad bar, and allowing them to enrich all of the soil on the farm. You will taste the difference, as Katahdin have a more mild and sweeter flavour versus grain-fed grocery store lamb or mutton.
